Bead press for lampworking, designed to create small glass beads, with six shapes in total : two butterflies, two flowers, and two hearts.
The shapes measure approximately 12 to 15 mm and have a total depth of about 5 to 6 mm (the finished bead is approximately 5 to 6 mm thick).
Material of the bead press: graphite; handle: beech wood.
Continuous 2 mm mandrel guide, suitable for mandrels up to 1.6 mm.
Please do not tighten the guide pins on the graphite presses firmly! The pins must remain slightly loose; otherwise, the press may be damaged.
To preserve and maintain the bead press, you can use a graphite tape (smooth or embossed), which acts as an insulator and spacer, withstands high temperatures, and does not stick to glass; the embossed version also provides greater flexibility.
