Description

The Carlisle CC+ torch surpasses the classic CC model by producing a wider flame thanks to an additional row of jets on the outer fire. It operates with a mixture of oxygen and either natural gas, propane, or hydrogen, and each gas type requires a specific tip to optimize combustion. The burner generates two distinct flames: the centerfire, which is pre-mixed, and the outer fire, which is surface-mixed. The centerfire, similar to a single-port tip, produces a flame comparable to that of a Carlisle hand torch, making it ideal for precise glass shaping.

The #5 tip features the largest orifice and delivers maximum heat output.

The CC+ has a brass outer shell threaded onto a machined body, with four color-coded metering valves that control the oxygen and fuel gas. Standard models use crossover connections to reduce the number of supply hoses to two, but the burner can also be configured with four independent inlets for use with a foot controller.
