Description
The braid is designed to protect the chuck of your lathe during glasswork. It combines high-temperature resistance and the mechanical strength of stainless steel with the flexibility of the braid. Thanks to its multilayer braiding, it offers high rupture resistance, consistent thickness, and a flexible surface, making installation and cutting to your needs easy.
It also helps reduce the risk of thermal shock between the metal and the glass, and contributes to protecting the locking claws.
Composition: 60% stainless steel (AISI 320L fibers), 40% aramid (para-aramid fibers)
