SKU: ME4554-804-EPCategories: ,

This pair of 5-finger protective gloves is made from RHT-treated split leather (High Temperature Resistant) to provide excellent protection during operations involving exposure to heat. The back of the hand is covered with an aluminized material to reduce the impact of radiant heat and molten metal splashes.

Featuring an internal jersey lining for improved wearing comfort, these gloves are assembled with high-strength Kevlar® thread, providing excellent mechanical and thermal resistance. They are available in several lengths: 30 cm, 40 cm and 50 cm.

Made from RHT-treated split leather with an aluminized para-aramid backhand and a jersey inner lining, these gloves provide thermal protection up to 250°C. They comply with the requirements of EN 407 (4124X4) and EN 388 (4144) standards and are CE marked.

Recommended for industrial environments with high thermal constraints, these gloves are particularly suitable for foundry operations (cast iron, steel and aluminium), as well as welding and oxy-fuel cutting applications. The RHT treatment limits leather hardening and shrinkage after repeated exposure to heat, helping maintain the gloves’ flexibility and durability over time.

EPI specialists recommend these gloves for limited contact with parts reaching temperatures of up to 250°C, where protection against contact heat, radiant heat and hot splashes is required.
