Description

This product is a single-component, thixotropic anaerobic adhesive designed to seal threaded joints. Easy to use, it is suitable for all types of hydraulic, pneumatic, water, gas, and automotive fluid connections. It offers an effective and modern alternative to hemp and Teflon® tape.

Compatible with connections for gas, LPG, oxygen, drinking water, and more, it ensures immediate sealing up to 30 bar when applied at temperatures above 5°C. Once fully cured, the seal withstands pressures beyond the burst pressure of the joint, eliminating any risk of leakage.

The product resists vibrations and wide temperature fluctuations (from -50°C to +150°C). Its thixotropic formula prevents it from hardening inside conduits, ensuring that there is no risk of blockage.

Before complete polymerization, fittings can still be adjusted by a quarter turn for up to 10 minutes without compromising the seal—an appreciated flexibility during pipe installations where final adjustments are often necessary.

Despite the strong sealing performance, joints remain easy to disassemble using standard tools.

Instructions for Use

Preparation: Clean and degrease the male and female threaded surfaces.
Application: Apply a sufficient amount of product to the threads.
Assembly: Screw and tighten the parts.

- High-pressure resistance after full curing.
- Forms a flexible joint resistant to burst pressure, vibrations, and temperature changes.
